C# Application Architect - Novi, MI

Sr. Application Developer/Architect/Telecom Engineer will be involved in the design and development of new software. Ideal candidate will perform software prodcut lifecycle functions creating C# applications that will be delivered to telecom carriers worldwide. On a daily basis, Visual Studio Team Developer 2008 and Team Foundation server will be utilized. C#, VB.NET, SQL 2008/2009, ASP.Net, IIS, XML/XSL/XSLT. 

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TELECOM INDUSTRY. Working knowledge of windows communication and web services, including inter-operability with JAVA based web services such as Axis/Axis2.  Provisioning or analysis of Class 4/5 network elements such as DMS, 5ESS or EWSD.  Experience in VoIP switches is a plus.  This is a contract to hire, the client will have the option of hiring after 6 or 9 months.

Healthcare Business Consultant - permanent


  • Leads/Directs the ongoing business operations; overseeing 70 Team Members for the exchange of 300 Million electronic transactions connected to over 30,000 providers and 7,000 submitters.   
  • Oversees a wide variety of Corporate Projects related to the Electronic Business Interchange Area including requirements definition, internal and external testing as well as product deployment and conversions. 
  • Internal or External Customer service and relationship management related to Clearinghouse, Provider Portal, and Secured Web Services for Help Desk and analytical support.
  • Responsible for managing the budgets and producing revenues related to the Electronic Business Interchange Group.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Leads a centralized business unit with a diversity of functions that entail External Consulting, Help Desk Support, Business Analysts, Testing, Production Monitoring and Customer Registration services.

·         Working independently, responsible for strategic and day to day support for technology related initiatives for a business unit. 

·         Manages existing client relationships to make development of client's business systems more effective and efficient.

·         Builds quantitative and qualitative business case for each project and supports Conceptual Design and Business Requirement Definitions. 

·         Develops and promotes relationships with both client and project teams.

·         Serves as liaison with other Corporate Business Units, IT and External Constituents for Electronic Transaction Exchange.

·         Communicates changes which impact client or business including changes in staff, technology, policy, procedures, or practices. 

·         Responsible for the growth and expansion of Electronic Data Interchange and Provider Web Transactions.

·         Develops and manages multiple client relationships.

·         Manages client expectations at all levels of client organization and ensures client satisfaction. 

·         Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs. 


Education and/or Experience

·         Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.  Master’s Degree in related field preferred.

·         Minimum eight (8) years related experience preferred.

Data Warehouse Business Analysts

Experienced Business Analysts to participate on a long-term initiative to consolidate four existing data warehouses into one large data warehouse.  Must have industry experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, use-case modeling, translating user requirements into technical specifications, generating complex Cognos reports, and working directly with end business users.  Experience in banking or finance preferred.  Strong written and oral communication skills required. 

Project Management - Banking

Sr. Project Manager - Dearborn, MI - Permanent

Project Manager with a  “start-up” background from a smaller, aggressive software development environment.  Experience managing Software projects in a Web environment, ability to move from BA, to PM, to QA – and take on other tasks in between. Must roll up sleeves and be very active/engaged with client.

Technical expertise, someone who advanced from a SW developer and moved into formal Project Management.  Experience in one or more of the following: MS Project, ChangePoint, and MS Team Foundation. Must be able to manage relationships between Sales side and Development side to give clients accurate delivery expectations, and accurate costs. Expertise in “consultative role” with clients to analyze what they truly are looking for.  Ability to suggest new ideas from previous work experience 

Other points of interest: 
Typical project sizes vary from client to client. This position will initially work on internal process issues to resolve existing problems.  Some projects run 4-5 months with a team of 3-4 developers and a budget of $150K - $300K.  Other assignments might be for a few days at $5K with minimal or no staff. Currently using a Waterfall methodology, open to new processes and methodologies.

Client is incorporating Microsoft’s System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007 product to manage approximately 4,000 workstations.  In process of obtaining an SCCM expert who’s obtained minimally an MCP SCCM certification, MCSE preferred. The candidate should have experience implementing the product in multiple production environments with a minimum of 4,000 managed workstations in each environment. Experience with planning, deployment and management of SCCM.
